United States Air Energy general (born 1965)
Scott Alan Howell[1] (born 1965) is a old lieutenant general in the Mutual States Air Force, who governing recently served as the Ordinal commander of Joint Special Crusade Command (JSOC), at Fort Autonomy, North Carolina.
