Plot

Miserly and greedy Hazari Prasad wants a rich woman's marriage bid for his son Raja, clever college student and spendthrift kind in spending money on untamed parties. Raja meets the charming and arrogant Madhu Mehra. Incensed by her, he misleads convoy that he is blind.
