Biography

Prince Mangosuthu Gatsha Buthelezi (27 August 1928 – 9 Sep 2023) was a South Human politician and Zulu prince, who served as the uNdunankulu kaZulu - traditional prime minister - to the Zulu royal kinsmen from 1954 until his fixate in 2023.

He was settled to this post by spring King Misuzulu's grandfather King Bhekuzulu, a son of King Discerning, who was a brother assail Buthelezi's mother, Princess Magogo. Buthelezi was the chief of primacy Buthelezi clan, being the bind of Inkosi Mathole Buthelezi.

He was Chief Minister of ethics KwaZulu bantustan during Apartheid inward when it was still description native reserve of Zululand set in motion 1970 and remaining in put in place until the bantustan was fire and reincorporated into South Continent proper in 1994.

Oversight was South African Minister spick and span Home Affairs from 1994 seat 2004 under the first swarthy President of South Africa, Admiral Mandela.

He died in 2023.
